The Myster Ey Variety Show is a made for television series airing from 1997-1999 in the Hudson Valley region of New York state via Cablevision and TCI. This TV series was produced by Myster Ey and company, as part of the Federal mandate for public access programming.
This Television series was created for the purpose of providing a showcase for the diverse productions of Producer Myster Ey. Amongst the Variety show samplings: music, travel, interviews, skits, surreal imagery, experimental material, and public service announcements. The Director Peter Tasciotti and his regular collaborators were featured in an eclectic mix of footage. It could be construed that this series evolved into the later "In Search of MysterEy", produced in 2004.
